Terms & Conditions Hobi4D – Read Before You Play

Each individual may only register and hold one (1) hobi4d account only. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of balances and winnings.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hobi4d account password and login credentials.
• Hobi4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact hobi4d customer support immediately via live chat.
• Using your account on behalf of another person, or allowing someone else to use your account, is prohibited and constitutes a violation of these terms.
• The account holder's name must match the name of the owner of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals on hobi4d.

Platform hobi4d accepts deposits through a variety of local Malaysian payment methods. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).

• The minimum deposit across the hobi4d platform is RM20 for e-wallet methods and RM30 for FPX internet banking.
• Hobi4d does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming activities on the hobi4d platform — they cannot be transferred to other users.
• Any activity suspected of money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be suspended immediately.

Winnings earned on hobi4d may be withdrawn subject to the following conditions:

• One Active Bonus at a Time: Members may only use one bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant bonus terms.
• Validity Period: Every bonus has a validity period. Bonuses that are unused or fail to meet the rollover requirement within the specified period will expire automatically.
• One Bonus Per Household: A welcome bonus or first deposit bonus is granted only once per household, device, or IP address.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the hobi4d bonus system — including matched betting using bonuses — will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

• Outcomes in slots and digital table games are determined by an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator). hobi4d has no ability to influence game results.
• In Live Casino games, all decisions made by the dealer are final. Any dispute regarding a round's outcome must be raised within 24 hours.
• In esports betting, market outcomes are based on official match results. Hobi4d reserves the right to void bets if a match is postponed, cancelled, or ruled invalid by the organiser.
• Bets placed after the outcome is known (late betting) are invalid and will be voided without any refund.

• Manipulating or attempting to hack hobi4d's systems, software, or databases.
• Fraud or identity deception — including using another person's information to register or make withdrawals.

• Colluding with other players to cheat in poker or any multiplayer game.

hobi4d reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Activity suspected to be fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.

• Requests from relevant legal authorities or regulators.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting hobi4d customer support. Eligible balances will be transferred following verification and within 3–5 business days.

Platform hobi4d is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the service is available 24/7, we cannot guarantee complete freedom from technical disruptions.

• Hobi4d will not be held liable for any losses arising from service disruptions beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party server issues, or natural disasters.
• The results of completed and confirmed games are final and non-refundable unless a technical failure is identified and verified by the hobi4d team.
• Players are solely responsible for their own betting decisions. Hobi4d does not provide betting advice or guarantee any outcome.
